Michael Madden - Chairman/Managing Partner and Founder of Ronoc established in July 2007. A successful entrepreneur with a passion for emerging economies, Michael is a senior emerging markets specialist with a successful track record in multiple markets as well as the Founding CEO of Renaissance Credit, Russian Consumer Bank start-up which developed into a multibillion dollar lending business. Michael played a leading role in establishing the AMEX payments business across the former Soviet Union and was the Vice President for the AMEX Franchise business across seventeen markets in EMEA.

Michael is currently a Board Director of XacBank & TenGer Financial Group in Mongolia, Ronoc Myanmar Ltd. in Myanmar and Chairman of Teneo Capital & Restructuring based in New York. Michael’s success has been built on inventive business intelligence, understanding of emerging economies and most importantly the ability to engage with international partners, cross cultural teams and his extensive international network of contacts.
